[Satellite TODAY 12-01-11] GlobeCast has appointed Emma Brackett as its new vice president, WorldTV. Brackett will be responsible for driving development of the company’s WorldTV DTH satellite and OTT business streams.

       Previously, Brackett had been Director of Content at AT&T U-verse where she was responsible for more than 100 channels.
