[Satellite TODAY 03-10-10] Modern Times Group (MTG) has appointed Laurence Miall-d’Aout chief of staff for its free-TV operations and Martin Lewerth in the newly created role of chief of staff for pay-TV operations, the company announced March 8.
MTG subsidiary Viasat Broadcasting runs DTH platforms across Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.
Miall-d’Aout has worked at MTG since 2002 and has been CEO of the free-TV emerging markets business since Jan. 2008. Lewerth joined MTG in 2001 and has been CTO since 2007.
