[Satellite TODAY 11-12-09] EMS Technologies CEO and board member Paul Domorski has resigned from the company effective immedialy, EMS announced Nov. 11.
    Executive Vice President and COO Neilson Mackay has been elected to replace Domorski as president and CEO. Mackay also was elected to the company’s board. Cheryl Galloway, a business aviation sales professional, was hired as a senior account manager for EMS’ Sky Connect division to promote its Forté in-flight office capability products and solutions to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
    In an interview with Satellite News, EMS Chairman of the Board John Mowell discussed the reasons for the company’s leadership change and its future plans and projections for the year.
