[Satellite TODAY 10-06-09] SatMax Corp., a provider of wireless, non-line-of-sight satellite communications products, signed a reseller agreement with Texas-based GIT Satellite Communications (GITSat), the company announced Oct. 5.
    GITSat will resell SatMax satellite communications systems to its Iridium-linked and Inmarsat-linked customers.
    GITSat’s first order, placed by the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute for a SatMax repeater to aid communications within their systems of moorings and buoys, has been paid for and delivered, GITSat said.
