[Satellite TODAY 08-07-09] Integral Systems CEO John Higginbotham has resigned, effective immediately, the company’s board of directors announced Aug. 6.
    Paul Casner, a board member of the company since 2006, has been appointed interim CEO until a replacement can be found.
    Casner formerly served as COO of DRS Technologies.
