[Satellite Today 05-11-09] DataPath’s shareholders have approved a merger agreement, which would make DataPath a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Rockwell Collins.
The holders of about 81 percent of DataPath’s outstanding common stock voted in favor of the merger agreement, which was announced in April
DataPath and Rockwell Collins said the merger would be completed in the second quarter.
