[Satellite Today 05-01-09] MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates (MDA) won a multimillion-dollar contract from DigitalGlobe to provide a ground station solution to support the WorldView 1 and WorldView 2 satellites, MDA announced April 30.
    MDA will provide a solution capable of programming, receiving and processing imagery from the WorldView satellites and is responsible for developing, integrating and installing the     WorldView 1 information solution at the customer’s site in mid-2009 as well as the WorldView 2 solution following launch of the satellite.
    The contract is the third international ground station order MDA has received from DigitalGlobe.
