[Satellite Today 08-01-08] EMS has appointed Dr. Neil Mackay as its new COO and executive vice president.
    Mackay has been with EMS for over 15 years. He served as executive vice president of strategy, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Over the past year, he played a role in EMS’s acquisitions of DSpace, Akerstroms Trux and Sky Connect.
    Mackay will oversee the day-to-day operations of all EMS business units and focus on operational efficiencies.
