Intelsat Ltd. plans to offer about $600 million of senior notes due 2015, the company announced Jan. 8.

The net proceeds will be used, along with cash on hand, to repay Intelsat (Bermuda) Ltd.’s outstanding $600 million senior unsecured bridge loan.
