Thuraya Partners with UK-based Talia

[Via Satellite 03-12-2014] Thuraya Telecommunications Company has partnered with Talia, a top-tier provider of data communications and voice services. Talia, headquartered in the U.K., owns and operates a teleport facility in Germany and offers satellite communication solutions.
