AIS Engineering Provides US Government with Ku-Band Services

AIS Engineering has been awarded a Custom Satellite Solutions Small Business (CS2SB) task order to provide U.S., Europe, Southwest Asia and Horn of Africa Ku-Band services for deployable communications. The order includes one base year and four option years.

    CS2SB is part of the Future Commercial SATCOM Acquisition (FCSA) program, which is managed by the General Services Administration (GSA) in partnership with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). AIS is an approved vendor on other elements of the FCSA program including transponded capacity (132-54) and subscription services (132-55) which are managed through the GSA Federal Supply Schedule 70 vehicle. 

    “We have supported the U.S. military for almost twenty years,” said Hilda Sylla, president of AIS Engineering. “Working with our partners, we were able to install and rapidly implement this program, meeting the critical communications needs of our government.”
