Thursday Morning Conversation With Norman Haughton of Air Canada

By Mark Holmes | June 18, 2020

In this week’s Thursday Morning Conversation, we talk to Norman Haughton, director of IFEC Product and Analytics at Air Canada. Haughton drives Air Canada’s In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) plans. In a wide ranging conversation, we talk about life working for an airline during this time, as well as talking about opportunities for Black aerospace professionals, and Norman’s own experiences as his career has developed. It is really powerful to hear his perspective, and how he hopes we have come to a tipping point for real change.

We also talk a little about Disney+ and what music Norman has been listening to during lockdown. Norman will also be speaking at our virtual Global Connected Aircraft Summit, so be sure to join us there as he joins a number of other executives to talk about the future of IFC.
