Jenn Heinold

Senior Vice President, Satellite Group

As Senior Vice President of the Satellite Group for Access Intelligence, Jenn oversees Via Satellite and the annual SATELLITE Show in Washington, DC, and its sister events: CyberSat Summit, DC5G, OilComm and FleetComm. Jenn joined Access Intelligence in 2006 to serve as the lead marketer for the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition and relies on her marketing background and connection to the tradeshow attendee to drive her business. Jenn is most passionate about the power of face-to-face marketing and continuously strives to create value for the markets she serves by launching new events in under-served verticals, expanding the scope and content of current events to be relevant to a broader audience base and creating high-quality attendee acquisition strategies. Jenn’s proudest and most fulfilling moments are when she is digging in with her team on the strategic direction of Via Satellite and the SATELLITE Show and when she is able to visit one-on-one with the satellite community.

She is a member of the Society of Satellite Professionals International (SSPI), International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) and Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO) and completed ABM’s Advanced B-to-B Leadership Program. Jenn regularly speaks at tradeshow industry events and has presented at ExpoExpo, SISO Executive Leadership Summit, Shepard Sandbox and ECEF. In March of 2017, she graced the cover of Trade Show Executive Magazine and in October of 2017, she earned the Marketing Genius Award at Trade Show Executive’s Gold 100 event. She earned a B.A. in Journalism from Penn State University and returns to Penn State every year to guest lecture in their Event Management Course.

When Jenn is not geeking out over the amazing content on, she is spending time with her three nieces in New Jersey or at an Eric Church concert.

Joe Milroy joined Access Intelligence in 2004 as Account Executive for Via Satellite. Based on success and his passion for the business, Joe was promoted to National Sales Manager, Associate Publisher and then Publisher. With more than 20 years of experience in B-to-B publishing and as Publisher, Joe is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the brand working closely with editorial, sales, marketing, audience development and events. Joe thrives on launching new product and events which fill a niche in the market, educate and help bring together buyers and sellers whether it’s in print, online or face to face events. Prior to joining Access Intelligence, Joe worked for Penton Media, VerticalNet, and Penwell Publishing.

Mark Holmes

Mark Holmes

Editorial Director, Satellite & Aviation Group

Mark Holmes joined AI’s Satellite Group as the associate editor late 2006. He had previously been senior editor of Inside Digital TV, and a regularly contributor to Telecomweb for Access Intelligence. Before joining Access Intelligence, Mark was deputy editor of leading Euromoney Institutional Investor title Global Telecoms Business, which specialized in interviewing CEOs of leading telcos worldwide. Mark graduated from Humberside University in the early 1990s. During that time, he did a one year exchange program at Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania.

Veronica Magan

Veronica Magan joined Access Intelligence in July 2012. As managing editor of Via Satellite, she is responsible for the development and production of the monthly print and digital magazine. As digital strategist, she is responsible for for the development, execution, and success of digital strategies on Via Satellite and Avionics Magazine. Prior to joining Access Intelligence, she was a graduate student at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications where she earned a Masters Degree in Magazine, Newspaper and Online Journalism. She was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela.

Julie Blondeau Samuel

Director of Online, Satellite/Aviation/Defense/OR Manager/Exchange Monitor

Julie Blondeau Samuel joined Access Intelligence’s Satellite Group in September 2004. She is responsible for the development and production of the group’s Web portals. Prior to this, Julie was online producer and managing editor of Via Satellite magazine. Prior to joining Access Intelligence, she was a graduate student at the University of Maryland where she earned a Masters in Aerospace Engineering, and at the Ecole Polytechnique Feminine, in France, where she received a Masters in General Engineering. Julie has published numerous research papers. She was born in France and has traveled in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.

Charisma Burghouts

Director of Marketing, Satellite Group

Charisma Burghouts joined Access Intelligence in September 2015. She is responsible for the overall marketing strategy and efforts for Via Satellite and the CyberSat Summit event, in addition to providing marketing support for the Satellite Group Sales Team. Prior to this, Charisma was Director of Marketing for the Defense and Aerospace groups. Before joining Access Intelligence, she spent nearly a decade in publishing and e-commerce marketing at Healthy Directions, a leading publisher and provider of physician-branded nutritional supplements. Charisma is a Wichita State University alumna — Go Shockers!

Lindsey Fuller, CEM

Lindsey Fuller

Show Director, SATELLITE Conference & Exhibition

Lindsey Fuller joined Access Intelligence in May of 2008 as marketing manager of the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition. Lindsey was soon promoted to marketing director, overseeing the marketing campaigns for the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition, OilComm, ShaleComm, OR Manager Conference and numerous conferences in the Defense and Aviation markets. Lindsey is now show director of the aerospace events at Access Intelligence, including the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition, OilComm, ShaleComm, Hosted Payload Summit and Avionics for NextGen. As show director, Lindsey oversees the marketing, sales, operations and content for each event.

Prior to Access Intelligence, Lindsey began her tradeshow career at National Trade Productions on the GovSec, U.S. Law and Ready tradeshows and worked at 1105 Government Information Group as Marketing Manager for numerous government conferences. Lindsey has a BBA in Marketing from the College of William and Mary.
