Jennifer Schwartz

Jennifer Schwartz

Senior Vice President

Jennifer is responsible for the overall management and strategic business development efforts across AI’s Aerospace group, which include Defense Daily, Avionics, Rotor & Wings, as well as Via Satellite. She also manages Access Intelligence’s healthcare group. Jennifer has worked at Access Intelligence since 1997 and held previous publisher positions in the defense and energy groups. Jennifer successfully integrated the LDC Forum events into Access Intelligence’s portfolio in 2006. Previously, she held sales and marketing positions in the telecom and banking industries. She has a BS degree in Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. Jennifer also successfully completed ABM’s B-to-B Advanced Leadership Program at Northwestern University in January 2012.

Tish Drake joined Access Intelligence in 2001 as a sales executive for Communications Technology, and spent spent nine years building the brand. Based on her print and e-media success, she was promoted to publisher in 2008. Later, in an effort to leverage Tish’s expertise, she was asked to oversee the management of Avionics magazine and Avionics Today. In 2012, with a proven track record at revenue generation and creating long-term value through new product introduction, she was named publisher of Via Satellite magazine and SatelliteTODAY.com. Under Tish’s leadership and as group publisher of Via Satellite and Avionics, she launched the Global Connected Aircraft Summit and resurrected Avionics for NextGen adding events to her current portfolio of products. With more than 18 years of B2B sales, management and marketing experience, she is a seasoned veteran in the publishing industry.

Joe Milroy has 12 years of experience in business-to-business publishing. As a member of Access Intelligence’s Aerospace Group, Joe is responsible for advertising sales through the group’s e-media and print advertising vehicles. Prior to joining Access Intelligence in 2004, he worked for Penton Media, VerticalNet, and Penwell Publishing.

Mark Holmes

Mark Holmes joined AI’s Satellite Group as the associate editor late 2006. He had previously been senior editor of Inside Digital TV, and a regularly contributor to Telecomweb for Access Intelligence. Before joining Access Intelligence, Mark was deputy editor of leading Euromoney Institutional Investor title Global Telecoms Business, which specialized in interviewing CEOs of leading telcos worldwide. Mark graduated from Humberside University in the early 1990s. During that time, he did a one year exchange program at Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania.

Julie Blondeau Samuel joined Access Intelligence’s Satellite Group in September 2004. She is responsible for the development and production of the group’s Web portals. Prior to this, Julie was online producer and managing editor of Via Satellite magazine. Prior to joining Access Intelligence, she was a graduate student at the University of Maryland where she earned a Masters in Aerospace Engineering, and at the Ecole Polytechnique Feminine, in France, where she received a Masters in General Engineering. Julie has published numerous research papers. She was born in France and has traveled in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.

Managing Editor & Digital Strategist, Satellite & Aviation Group

Veronica Magan joined Access Intelligence in July 2012. As managing editor of Via Satellite, she is responsible for the development and production of the monthly print and digital magazine. As digital strategist, she is responsible for for the development, execution, and success of digital strategies on Via Satellite and Avionics Magazine. Prior to joining Access Intelligence, se was a graduate student at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications where she earned a Masters Degree in Magazine, Newspaper and Online Journalism. She was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela.

Jonathan Russo is the marketing manager for AI’s Aerospace Group. Jonathan is responsible for event marketing, audience development, email presence and industry alignment across Avionics, Rotor & Wing, and Via Satellite. He has been in the publishing industry for four years, focused on print and online advertising, email marketing and creative design. Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Texas A&M University.

Caleb Henry

Caleb Henry is the assistant editor for Via Satellite. He writes regularly for the website and magazine, and has been working with Via Satellite at Access Intelligence since 2013. Prior to Access Intelligence, Caleb wrote for NewSpace Global, a company covering the entrepreneurial space industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in astronomy from Grove City College.

Scott Chase

Scott Chase entered the satellite industry as a PR executive with Communications Satellite Corporation (COMSAT) in 1981, after leaving The Washington Post where he was a news staffer for five years. In 1986 Chase was hired by Phillips Publishing (PBI) as associate editor of Satellite News, and soon became the editor of Via Satellite magazine. He chaired the SATELLITE conference for more than a dozen years before leaving Phillips to become president and CEO of The Strategis Group, a telecom/wireless market study and consulting firm in Washington, D.C.

Lindsey Fuller, CEM

Show Director, SATELLITE Conference & Exhibition

Lindsey Fuller joined Access Intelligence in May of 2008 as marketing manager of the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition. Lindsey was soon promoted to marketing director, overseeing the marketing campaigns for the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition, OilComm, ShaleComm, OR Manager Conference and numerous conferences in the Defense and Aviation markets. Lindsey is now show director of the aerospace events at Access Intelligence, including the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition, OilComm, ShaleComm, Hosted Payload Summit and Avionics for NextGen. As show director, Lindsey oversees the marketing, sales, operations and content for each event.

Prior to Access Intelligence, Lindsey began her tradeshow career at National Trade Productions on the GovSec, U.S. Law and Ready tradeshows and worked at 1105 Government Information Group as Marketing Manager for numerous government conferences. Lindsey has a BBA in Marketing from the College of William and Mary.
