Sky Television New Zealand announced two new additions to its programming line-up to boost its content production in the areas of sports and current affairs. It announced that it intends to launch a new current affairs show, “Williams – Up Front,” hosted by acclaimed local broadcast journalist Larry Williams. The operator believes it is the right time to produce its own current affairs show. The show will air on Wednesday and Thursday nights at 8 pm.

Sky Television also announced details of a new show to be aired on the Rugby Channel. Rugby is the national sport of New Zealand. Former All Black player, Ian Jones, will host the show, which will provide a wealth of statistics to the rugby fan.
