Eutelsat Issues Capacity Access Approval to Vislink FlyDrive 120 Antenna

[Satellite TODAY 12-08-11] European FSS satellite operator Eutelsat has granted approval to Vislink’s Advent Flydrive 120 Antenna, the companies confirmed Dec. 7.
Eutelsat fully tested the Advent Flydrive 120 for RF performance and its ability to auto-point point and peak an antenna to the Eutelsat fleet without the need for expert operators.
Vislink, which specializes in the design and manufacture of wireless, video and IP technologies through its Advent, Gigawave, Link, MRC and PMR brands, said Eutelsat is including the Flydrive 120 antenna in its selection field guide detailing the most appropriate Earth station equipment to access Eutelsat capacity.
