SkyPort, Digital Networks Partner For Connectivity

[Satellite Today – 1-28-08] SkyPort Global Communications signed a three-year, $1.7 million contract to provide satellite connectivity to Digital Network LLC
customers, SkyPort announced Jan. 28.
SkyPort will provide voice, data, video and broadband services to oil and gas clients at energy facilities throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, North Dakota, New Mexico and Colorado.
“One of the reasons we have a chosen SkyPort is because of the quality of their teleport and service,” Craig Blankenship, a partner in Digital Networks, said in a statement. “Our customers depend on uninterrupted connectivity, and SkyPort provides that with backup power systems, built-in redundancy and 24-hour engineering support.”
