ION Television was added to the KRBK-DT Osage Beach, Missouri signal on Galaxy 16 at 99°W at 3,845 MHz horizontal polarity in DVB-S2 format with a symbol rate of 8,700.

i24NEWS English and French language versions are new to a MX1 distribution signal on Galaxy 23 C-band (121°W). The signal is located at 3,912 MHz horizontal polarity in DVB-S2 format with a symbol rate of 14,400.

NTR Zacatecas is gone from a signal on Eutelsat 117 West A C-band (116.8°W) at 3,755 MHz vertical polarity in DVB-S format with a symbol rate of 3,100.

BYU Television International removed one of their two signals from Eutelsat 117 West A Ku-band (116.8°W). The signal was located at 12,104 MHz horizontal polarity in DVB-S format with a symbol rate of 3,703.

Telecentro 13 from the Dominican Republic launched its own stand-alone signal on Eutelsat 117 West A C-band (116.8°W). The distribution signal is at 3,786 MHz vertical polarity in DVB-S format with a symbol rate of 4,000.

Also on Eutelsat 117 West A C-band, RTU Radio was added to the RTU signal at 3,794 MHz vertical polarity in DVB-S format with a symbol rate of 2,243.

A Russian Soyuz MS-05 spacecraft successfully launched on July 28 from Baikonur Cosmodrome, delivering three new crewmembers to the ISS, including Sergey Ryazanskiy (Russian Federal Space Agency), Paolo Nespoli (ESA), and Randy Bresnik (NASA).
