In Partnership With

I recently attended the EO Summit in London where I heard insights into how EO is shaping defense and security discussions. The message from leaders was clear: the technology is ready, but integration and sovereignty must catch up. This edition’s top story shares takeaways from those discussions.

There was major cybersecurity news from the U.S. government this week, with the Pentagon suspending implementation of the next Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) phase because of bureaucratic burdens on small businesses. My colleague Matthew Beinart at Defense Daily covered this development.

We are now getting nearer to the 10th edition of CyberSat which promises to be our biggest and best yet. We have announced a new keynote from Alissa Knight, CEO and chief AI officer of Assail, a venture-backed cybersecurity and artificial intelligence company building agentic AI systems for continuous exposure management of modern application stacks. What is interesting is that we are seeing more AI companies come to CyberSat to talk about AI security and how this relates to space. The AI era is well and truly here. You can explore the program here.
