Focus on Defense

In Partnership With:

After the war in Ukraine proved out the utility of satellite imagery on a global stage, we’ve seen a huge ramp-up in nations around the world investing in satellite imagery, whether it’s sovereign solutions or access to commercial data. And the market is recalibrating around this demand, with many satellite imagery and data companies shifting their strategy and adjusting their offerings to meet defense needs. Tereza Pultarova took a close look at this trend in this week’s lead feature for Focus on Defense

We also have dispatches from my colleague Mark Holmes from the Space Defense and Security Summit in Paris and the Strategies in Satellite Ground Segment event in London, with insight into how European defense and space leaders are assessing the risk and reward of using commercial solutions and addressing threats to space systems.

If you’re enjoying this bi-weekly Focus on Defense newsletter, please forward it to your colleagues. Did someone forward it to you? Sign up here.
