Tigo to Offer DTH Services in Bolivia

[Via Satellite 05-12-2014] Tigo Star, a telecommunications company owned by Millicom International Cellular (MIC), launched its Direct-to-Home (DTH) services in Bolivia, and its new platform is now available in more than 100 new municipalities in El Salvador. The basic package by Tigo Star includes 56 satellite television channels for $12.75 per month. The full package includes 70 channels, along with four High Definition (HD) signals at no extra cost.

Tigo DTH services in Bolivia will also give users the option to buy premium movie packages at an additional monthly cost. The bill for service will be offered to customers through the Tigo Money platform, which will be available to customers online.
