Integral Buys Rights to SatID Geolocation Product Line

Integral Systems has purchased the intellectual property rights and other assets relating to the SatID military product line from Qinetiq Group.

The acquisition adds geolocation capabilities to Integral Systems’ product line and includes a technology support agreement and strategic partnership with Qinetiq to pursue teaming arrangements with Qinetiq North America for defense and intelligence markets.

The SatID product will be integrated with Integral’s Telemetrix, Compass and Monics products to add to the capability to detect satellite uplink communication signals with applications in commercial, military, government and intelligence markets.

Raytheon To Produce Gps Anti-Jamming Antenna

Raytheon Systems Ltd. received a $1.4 million contract from the U.S. Air Force for initial production of the GPS Advanced Digital Antenna Production (ADAP) system. The contract provides the military with 41 antenna electronics and 28 controlled reception pattern antennas to equip U.S. Navy surface platforms and fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft.

The ADAP system protects GPS-based navigation and timing systems from deliberate jamming and accidental interference.
