NASA Extends Support Contract With Alliance Spacesystems

      [Satellite Today – 6-13-08] Alliance Space Systems signed a contract with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory to continue mission support work, Alliance parent company MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. announced June 13.
          Alliance has worked with NASA for five years and the agreement will have Alliance continue supporting mechanical and thermal engineering needs for multiple space missions under
          The initial value of the contract is $7.5 million over three years, and the agreement includes a two-year option for up to $5 million.
