Global Relief Technologies Adds General Counsel

Global Relief Technologies named Paul Kollmer-Dorsey senior vice president and general counsel, the company announced July 19.

Kollmer-Dorsey most recently served four years as vice president and associate general counsel of SES New Skies, where he managed the company’s  contractual and litigation matters, including the acquisitions of New Skies by the Blackstone Group in 2004 and SES Global in 2006.
