Iridium System Certified By EASA

The ICS-200 Iridium Communications System from International Communications Group has been approval by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), International Communications announced July 10. EASA, the European Union’s civil aviation regulatory agency, granted its supplemental type certificate for installations on the Learjet 60.
Separately, International Communications named Kieran Kennedy original equipment manufacturer sales manager. Kennedy has been with the company since 1999 and previously worked in the marine electronics industry.
