DigitalGlobe To Provide Imagery For Mobile Phone Service

DigitalGlobe will work with LocatioNet Systems Ltd., a provider of mobile mapping and location applications, to add a satellite imagery capability to the Amaze mobile navigation and mapping service, the companies announced May 21.

The service will provide voice-guided GPS navigation using high-resolution satellite imagery and aerial photos displayed on mobile phones.
