India To Launch Israeli Photo Op

Satellite Today has learned that, sometime next year, Israel’s Tauvex II scientific camera will be launched from India aboard the GSAT-4 satellite. Any photos gleaned from the camera will be shared by academia in both Israel and India. The camera, developed by Elop Electro-Optics Industries Ltd., is valued at more than $18 million.
