Raytheon Gets $23.3 Million Contract Extension

Raytheon Co. [RTN] received a $23.3 million addition to its U.S. Navy Multi-Band Terminal (NMT) contract originally awarded in October 2003. With the new extension, Raytheon now will propose an architectural standard for future Navy satellite-communication-terminal development as it designs a NMT system based on its Software Communications Architecture.
