Digital Angel Lifts Its Involvement With Petroleum Helicopters
Digital Angel, [DOC], a South St. Paul, Minn.-based provider of advanced technology for location tracking and asset monitoring, announced that its recently-acquired OuterLink subsidiary has secured a major commitment from Lafayette, La.-based Petroleum Helicopters (PHI) [Nasdaq: PHEL]. The deal calls for the customer’s entire helicopter fleet to be equipped with the OuterLink CP-2 Satcom System for automatic flight tracking.
PHI has equipped over 65 of its helicopters with OuterLink’s CP-2 systems thus far.
