Digital Angel Selects Allen & Caron as PR Firm

Digital Angel [Amex: DOC], a South St. Paul, Minn.-based provider of GPS tracking devices, has retained Allen & Caro as its corporate communications, investor and media relations agency. Working with Allen & Caron, Digital Angel intends to commence a new investor relations program in the first quarter of 2004, targeting an expansion of its institutional shareholder base both in the U.S. and abroad.
The company has recently announced other significant developments, including the appointment in November of Van Chu as its CEO and an agreement to acquire OuterLink Corp.
