FCC’s International Bureau Makes Staff Changes

      The Federal Communications Commission‘s International Bureau announced a number of personnel changes this week.

      Jacqueline M. Ponti has been appointed to a new role as associate bureau chief for licensing and operations. Jacquelynn Ruff has been named the bureau’s new chief of staff and also has the title of associate bureau chief. John V. Giusti has joined the Office of the Bureau Chief as an assistant bureau chief. Linda B. Dubroof and Julie A. Barrie have become deputy division chiefs of the Strategic Analysis and Negotiations Division. And Christopher J. Murphy is the new chief of the International Telecommunications & Development Branch.
