Virginia Beach, Va.-based Skycasters has agreed to team with E Consulting to offer Hughes Network Systems’ DirecWay broadband satellite Internet service in Honduras. This is the first license issued by the Comision Nacional de Telecomunicaciones for DirecWay broadband service in the country.
The DirecWay service will be available in either single user or LAN terminal configurations, with scalable grades of service allowing corporations, small businesses, educational institutions, governments and other enterprise customers to deploy expandable networking solutions. E Consulting is Skycasters’ provider of satellite Internet services in Honduras.
