Chung Heads New Skies’ North Asia Sales

New Skies Satellites [AEX, NYSE: NSK] , has named Max Chung as its sale director for North Asia. Chung will be based in Hong Kong and will oversee the sale of Netherlands-based New Skies’ satellite capacity and associated value-added service in the region. His region of responsibility includes Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Macau.
Chung will report to Maurice Liu, New Skies’ vice president of Asia- Pacific sales. He joins New Skies from Pacific Century Matrix in Hong Kong, where he worked as a regional sales director specializing in digital video services for customers from North Asia and U.S. markets.
