Inetcable.com Selects BroadLogic’s Desktop Satellite Receiver For Service To PCs

Inetcable.com Inc. of Ottawa, an applications service provider, has selected BroadLogic Network Technologies Inc. of Milpitas, Calif., to supply it with BroadLogic’s Satellite Express desktop satellite receiver so it can deliver steamed Internet Protocol video and data to Inetcable subscribers across North America.
The first deployment of Inetcable’s satellite network will to deliver streaming media of live horse racing from TrackPower Inc. [TPWR] to the PCs of racing enthusiasts. TrackPower’s subscribers will be able to get races from as many as 20 tracks, simultaneously, with interactive services such as betting also available, Inetcable said.
