Hawkeye 360 Appoints New Chief Legal Officer

Alison Alfers, former senior vice president and general counsel for DigitalGlobe and Space Imaging has joined HawkEye 360’s executive team as chief legal officer.

Alfers brings more than two decades of domestic and international experience to HawkEye 360, including more than 10 years focused on the space-based satellite imagery industry. Alfers will serve as chief legal counsel, working closely with the executive team to execute HawkEye 360’s business development and growth strategies, including having responsibility for regulatory and governmental affairs. Most recently, Alfers served as chief legal officer for TwentyEighty, a portfolio of executive leadership companies.

HawkEye 360 is developing a constellation of small satellites in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) to generate reports on wireless signals that can be used to track and monitor global transportation networks, assist with emergencies, as well as other data analytics services.
