[Via Satellite 10-27-2016] A leading short- and long-haul European airline has selected Rockwell Collins to provide In-Flight Connectivity via Inmarsat’s new Global Xpress for Aviation (GX Aviation) service.

The agreement with the unnamed airline is currently expected to be for more than of 125 aircraft. It will see Rockwell Collins’ Paves wireless In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) solution being installed onboard the airline’s new fleet. Other airline customers of the solution include Lufthansa and Singapore Airlines.
