DataPath’s New Partnerships to Offer End-to-End Connectivity Solutions

By Kate Salava | March 9, 2016

[Via Satellite 03-09-2016] DataPath has partnered with four satellite fleet operators to significantly expand its capability to deliver end-to-end solutions to government and commercial markets. The company already sells Inmarsat Global Xpress monthly subscription services to its government customers, but has now signed additional agreements with companies including Intelsat, Boeing Commercial Satellite Services and XTAR.

These partnerships enable DataPath to offer comprehensive solutions that include satellite bandwidth in both military and commercial frequencies, including X-band, UHF-band, Ka-band, Ku-band, and C-Band.

“Customers in government and commercial markets alike are increasingly looking to service providers for complete turn-key solutions, rather just than buying hardware, field services and connectivity separately,” said David Myers, president and CEO of DataPath.  “To meet this demand, DataPath is expanding its portfolio with an array of network services including next-generation high-throughput satellite bandwidth.”
