[Via Satellite 07-17-2014] RigNet has shifted the roles of several top regional executives to further the integration of Inmarsat’s enterprise energy broadband business, respond to heightened business activity, and for management development.

Chris Lambert has been named region VP of RigNet’s largest business sector by revenue, the Gulf of Mexico. Previously Lambert held the Region VP position for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Central Asia.

Ricky Begnaud has taken Lambert’s place as region VP of the MENA-Central Asia geography. Prior to these responsibilities, he was RigNet’s operations manager for the Western Hemisphere.

Brian Keefover, former region VP for the United States, is now the region VP of North America Land. He is tasked with leading RigNet’s managed remote communications business for onshore drilling and managing RigNet’s Machine-to-Machine (M2M) Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) business, which was recently acquired from Inmarsat.
