[Via Satellite 05-08-2014] ITC Global reported its first quarter 2014 revenue, announcing that it signed more than $30 million in new long-term contracts for the period ending on March 31, 2014. During the first quarter, the company also successfully deployed 27 custom networks for clients in the energy, mining and maritime markets. More than half of the new sales are from the offshore energy market, with customers in the Gulf of Mexico, the North Sea and West Africa.

ITC Global also launched an upgraded version of its quick deployment 4.6-foot stabilized antenna skid system, which was designed specifically for offshore oil rigs and support vessels. One order for this upgraded system was deployed to a customer less than 48 hours after the time of order.

“Our strategic plan calls for significantly increasing our market presence by offering an alternative choice in satellite communications backed by a premier level of customer service,” said Joe Spytek, CEO of ITC Global. “Our precise execution of complex system deployments and quick turn-around of short-term customer orders are testaments to our commitment to serve even the most demanding client requirements.”
