Cobham Satcom Preps Paul Jona to be new SVP

[Via Satellite 03-13-2014] After working as CEO of Thrane and Thrane for seven years, and performing a lead role with Cobham Satcom as Senior Vice President (SVP) since July 2012, Walther Thygesen decided to retire from his current duties in June 2014. Cobham Satcom has appointed Paul H. Jona as the company’s new SVP.

Jona brings 30 years of experience in tech industries with him, the most recent being his leadership as CEO and chairman of CoActive Technologies, a $230 million international company in the Netherlands with 3,000 employees. He received his degree in business administration from University of Puget Sound in Washington, and earned a Master’s degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management, in Arizona.
