CSG to Support Inmarsat Global Xpress Offering

[Via Satellite 03-11-2014] Inmarsat has selected CSG International to support the new Inmarsat Global Xpress service. CSG will help deliver solutions with CSG Singleview, the company’s next-generation convergent billing platform, and CSG Intermediate, an offline and online network mediation platform.

The CSG solution will create models to manage wholesale channel and reseller billing partners. It will also deliver solutions necessary to meet the retail billing needs of direct subscribers.

As a globally available Ka-band, high-speed, broadband satellite network for mobile and fixed consumers, Global Xpress is designed to enable seamless global coverage from a single operator and to support performance of up to 50 Mbps.
