MTN Opens New Seattle Office

[Satellite TODAY 10-23-12] Wireless communications technology developer MTN Satellite Communications has opened a new Seattle-based office that will eventually lead to a significant boost in staff, MTN announced Oct. 23.
MTN currently employs 10 people in the Seattle office, which is responsible for developing mobile, communications and cloud technologies under the direction of MTN Chief Innovation Officer Robert Wise. The company said it plans to double its staff by the end of 2013.
“Seattle is one of the best places in the world to recruit talent,” Wise said in a statement. “As MTN has for more than three decades, we plan to surprise the market with exceptional advances in consumer and enterprise connectivity.”
