DigitalGlobe Fills Key Government Sector Management Positions

Satellite imagery firm DigitalGlobe hired Marcy Steinke as its senior vice president of government relations and Tim Hascall as its senior vice president of operations.

Steinke will be responsible for enhancing the company’s ties with key leaders throughout the U.S. government and promoting DigitalGlobe’s EnhancedView program. Hascall, a former intelligence officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, previously served as division president at TriZetto, an enterprise software company. His new role will involve enhancing the company’s operational capabilities to support growth.

Measat Promotes Bin Abdul, Lim to Vice President Management Positions

Measat has named Zainudin bin Abdul as its vice president of satellite engineering and operations and Yau Chyong Lim as its vice president of business development and strategic planning.

In his new role, Bin Abdul will be responsible for overseeing Measat’s fleet management. Lim will now be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities for the growth of the business.

Vislink Expands Presence in Asia

Vislink is opening a new office in Melbourne. The company, which specializes in in wireless, video and IP technologies, together with their supporting management systems, is looking to boost its presence in Asia. New regional sales manager, Mike Phillips, will head up the office.
