Broadpoint Signs Service Extension With Offshore Exploration Company

[Satellite TODAY 10-21-09] U.S. telecommunications and network solutions provider Broadpoint signed a contract extension to deploy additional voice, fax and Internet connectivity sites for Northstar Interests, an exploration and production company based in the Gulf of Mexico, Broadpoint announced Oct. 20.
    Broadpoint will provide the additional services to Northstar’s newly acquired offshore platforms, in addition to those previously serviced by the provider. Broadpoint also will provide 24-hour technical support to Northstar.
    The services is intended to improve the productivity of Northstar employees by providing them with multiple voice and data terminals.
