[Satellite TODAY 09-29-09] Maritime satellite communications provider Global Technology has re-branded to H2O Satellite, the company announced Sept. 28.
A partner of Inmarsat, H2O Satellite offers several transmission packages on a variety of platforms, including Inmarsat, Iridium and other VSAT services, as well as GSM, broadband and ISDN.
The company said it is poised to enter a significant period of growth over the next year as additional services become available to customers.
“We hope that our new name H2O Satellite really conveys both what we do and where we do it and can be readily understood by all our customers and potential customers across the globe,” said H2O Managing Director and Co-Founder Robert Kenworthy, in a statement.
