BorgSolutions Partners with GulfTrak to Distribute Fleet Management Solutions in the Middle East

[Satellite TODAY 09-16-09] BorgSolutions, a provider of fleet management solutions for the construction, oil and gas, fleet rental and transportation industries, has partnered with GulfTrack Asset Management to distribute and resell BorgFleet, a Web-based fleet management software platform, the companies announced Sept. 15.
    Borg Fleet, which aims to facilitate predictive maintenance, streamline work orders, manage fuel and inventories, offer GPS tracking and monitor diagnostics and scheduling through real-time data collection and analytics, will now be available under the GulfTrak brand in the Middle East Region, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. The products will be sold along with the entire suite of BorgSolutions services.
    “We have been evaluating the fleet management solutions industry for some time, as the cost-saving benefits from a maintenance standpoint can be staggering for fleet operations,” said Mohamed Grema Saleh, principal of GulfTrak, in a statement. “GulfTrak believes Borg Fleet is a product which will help us to attract new customers as well as satisfy our existing ones, as the addition of this exceptionally high quality fleet management platform, with predictive maintenance providing an average decrease of 21 percent in maintenance costs, truly differentiates our services. This is an actual fact obtained from positive response of our customers during recent demo events we conducted in the region.”
