Kudelski Makes Executive Appointments

[Satellite Today 12-15-08] Kudelski Group, a supplier of conditional access and middleware solutions to satellite pay-TV operators, has made a pair of appointments to its executive board, the company announced Dec. 15.
Alex Osadzinski has joined the company’s group executive board as executive vice president. He will assume responsibility for products within digital TV, which includes product line management, marketing, architecture, product P&L and solutions-based businesses.
The company also promoted Yves Pitton to senior vice president and member of the group executive board. Pitton will assume the group and digital TV corporate development responsibilities, which include business development and strategic planning.
