Brumley Resigns As TerreStar CEO

[Satellite Today – 4-21-08] TerreStar Networks Inc. CEO and President Robert Brumley has resigned effective April 16, the company announced April 21. Jeffrey Epstein, the company’s general counsel and secretary, will assume the role of president.
    Additionally, COO Michael Reedy, Chief Marketing Officer Doug Sobieski and Executive Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development Robert Siegel also have resigned.
    "We thank Bob Brumley and the management team for their successful efforts to help realize the strategic vision of the nation’s first integrated satellite-terrestrial mobile communications network, achieve many mission critical milestones and lay the groundwork for our future achievements," William Freeman, TerreStar’s chairman, said in a statement. "The board of directors intends a productive and seamless transition and has confidence that this management team can maintain a focused approach and help deliver shareholder value."
