Brumley Resigns As TerreStar CEO

[Satellite Today – 4-21-08] TerreStar Networks Inc. CEO and President Robert Brumley has resigned effective April 16, the company announced April 21. Jeffrey Epstein, the company’s general counsel and secretary, will assume the role of president.
    Additionally, COO Michael Reedy, Chief Marketing Officer Doug Sobieski and Executive Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development Robert Siegel also have resigned.

"The board of directors intends a productive and seamless transition and has confidence that this management team can maintain a focused approach and help deliver shareholder value."
