SkyTerra, MSV Add To Boards

[Satellite Today – 4-10-08] SkyTerra Communications Inc. and subsidiary Mobile Satellite Ventures (MSV) have added five new board members between them, SkyTerra announced April 10.
    Alexander Good has joined the SkyTerra board, while Jose Cecin, Jr., and Paul Latchford, Jr. have joined both the SkyTerra and MSV boards. Good is the CEO and president of SkyTerra, as well as the CEO, president and vice chairman of the MSV board.
    Cecin is a managing director of BB&T Capital Markets, the investment banking division of BB&T Corp., and Latchford is co-founder, president and CEO of Spencer Trask Media and Communications Group LLC.
    "I am thrilled to welcome Jose and Paul to the SkyTerra and MSV Boards,” Good said in a statement. “They both bring tremendous experience with them in both the financial markets and telecommunications industry which will benefit SkyTerra and MSV as we move forward in our strategic efforts.”
