Gilat Prices Share Offering

Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. expects to raise $36.8 million in an offering of 7 million shares of stock, the company announced Dec. 19. The company will sell up to 4.7 million shares at $8.50 per share, and a current shareholder is offering 2.3 million shares at the same price. Gilat expects to use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
