NovelSat Offers New Support Programs for its Satellite Transmission Solutions

[Via Satellite 02-09-2016] NovelSat has announced the availability of a new, streamlined customer support program that offers customers a three-tiered set of support packages — standard, silver and gold — for the company’s satellite transmission products. The support packages include options such as 24/7 support, immediate response, free software updates, and annual system-wide auditing. The new NovelSat support program is designed to help speed up acquisition decisions and response times on support calls for global customers.

Gold customers are eligible for free upgrade paths to NovelSat NS4, the new satellite waveform that NovelSat is releasing shortly. NovelSat NS4 comes with a list of advanced transmission features that boost bandwidth efficiency by as much as 45 percent compared with Second Generation Digital Video Broadcast-Satellite (DVB-S2).
